Our driver will be waiting for you right in front of your ship, ready to take you directly to Rome for an enchanting day covering all the must see sites. Every tour includes your pick up and return at Civitavecchia dock or at Rome hotel, if you have baggage from/to your hotel, airport and ship, you can add customized tours to tranfers. Our vehicle have a special pass to enter Civitavecchia dock, arriving in front of the pier of your ship. The tipical Shore Excursion start by pick up at 8.00am from the pier of your ship and coming back to the port at roughly 5.00pm, starting from Rome at 3.30pm. If you prefer, you can share the shore tour and the price with other tourists you will meet on board, but in this case, tell us the exact number of people at least 48 hours in advance. We generally go to: Colosseum, Roman Forum, race circus, Venice square, Trevi fountain, Spenish steps, Pantheon, Navona square and usually we stop for a lunch in campo dei fiori( characteristic square where you can find local market, restaurants and finger food). After your lunch we will go to Vatican Museums ( i would recommend adding the extra service of the private guide to the Vatican Museums not included in the price above). It is not included lunch, entrance fees, if we buy your tickets we will ask you for a deposit, otherwise if you buy them by official ( Vatican site www.Vatican.va) you can pay for our service at the end of the tour. ALWAYS BUY FAST TRACK entrance ( time 1.00pm ). Of course, we are entirely flexible, if there is a special place that you want to see, just let us know. NOTE: please dress respectufully for visiting religious monuments and museums; local custom requires covering knees and shoulder. Confortable walking shoes recommended. ENTRANCE FEES INFO: Colosseum about 16€ per person including the reservation for a fast track entrance. Vatican Museums 25€ about per person including the reservation for a fast track entrance. Both tickets can be more expensive if booked at the last minute and not in previously time.
